🔹 1. Services Offered

RKing Chess Academy provides online chess coaching through one-on-one and group sessions. Coaching is available to students of all ages and skill levels.

🔹 2. Registration & Accounts

• You may be required to register or fill out a form to attend a class.

• All information provided must be accurate and up to date.

• Parents/guardians must register minors under 18.

🔹 3. Class Schedule & Access

• Classes are conducted online via platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.

• Access links will be shared via email or WhatsApp before the session.

• Students must join on time and ensure a quiet environment during the session.

🔹 4. Payments & Pricing

• Fees must be paid in advance for the scheduled sessions.

• Payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, or other digital options.

• Group class fees are fixed; one-on-one sessions may vary based on level.

🔹 5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Trial classes are free but limited to one per student.

• One-on-one sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

• Missed classes without notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.

• Group classes are non-refundable once the batch has started.

🔹 6. Code of Conduct

• Disruptive behavior during sessions may lead to termination without refund.

• Students must respect coaches and fellow participants.

• Recording or sharing class content without permission is strictly prohibited.

🔹 7. Intellectual Property

• All course material, puzzles, and video content are the property of RKing Chess Academy.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is prohibited.

🔹 8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any interruptions caused by internet issues, platform outages, or personal device failures.

• Results from coaching may vary; we do not guarantee specific improvements.

🔹 9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
