Refund Policy

💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy – RKing Chess Academy

Effective Date: 14 Jan 2025

At RKing Chess Academy, we strive to deliver quality online chess coaching to all students. We understand that plans can change, and we’ve created the following refund and cancellation guidelines to be fair and transparent.

🔹 1. Free Trial Class

We offer one free trial class to all new students.
No payment is required for the trial class.
Trial classes are non-repeatable and subject to availability.

🔹 2. Paid Classes – One-on-One Coaching

Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
If notified in time, we will reschedule the session at no extra cost.
Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

🔹 3. Paid Classes – Group Coaching

Once a group batch starts, fees are non-refundable.
If a student misses a class, recordings or session notes may be provided (if applicable), but no rescheduling will be done for group sessions.

🔹 4. Refund Eligibility

We may issue refunds only under the following rare circumstances:

Double payment or duplicate transactions
Technical issues on our side that prevent class delivery

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

🔹 5. Course Withdrawal

If you wish to discontinue after a few sessions, no partial refund will be issued for the remaining classes.
Students are encouraged to complete the course for full benefit.
